May Favorites

It’s that time again!  The time where I post what my favorite things were this month.  Here we go!

  1. Guacamole

This month, I think half of my food intake was guacamole.  Not really, but I was eating it everyday for about 2 weeks.  It’s good for you, easy to make, and so delicious!

  1. Estee Lauder Modern Muse Perfume

I think this is the first time one of those free little perfume vial samples actually got me to purchase the full sized version.  I got a sample from the people at Belk and used it a few different days and got compliments each day by someone telling me whatever it was I was wearing smelled really good.  So I went for it, and got the full size when I ran out of my tiny glass vial of it.

  1. Air plants

With the weather quickly turning into Summer, I decided to redecorate my bathroom, and two of these guys were added above my bathtub.  I love that they are plants that don’t need soil to survive, they are really easy to take care of, and you can do a lot more with them aesthetically in comparison to a potted plant.

  1. Ninja Blender

I finally have a blender that crushes ice!  This is so exciting for me because now I can make blended drinks all the time!  I used to not be able to make myself smoothies, because my old blender wouldn’t crush frozen fruit at all.  Being that I used to be a barista, I’d like to think I’m quite skilled at making delicious beverages, and now with this awesome blender, the possibilities are endless!

These have been my snack option for this month.  They are better for you than regular chips, they taste delicious, and you don’t have to eat too many to satisfy your snack time craving.

  1. Pacifica Color Quench Lip Tint

I received this a while ago in a Pop Sugar Must Have box…I don’t remember which month, but I only used it a few times when I first got it.  Now, however, since I’ve rediscovered it, I use it all the time.  It’s in the pocket of my bag and it’s my current go to lip product because it’s a balm with tint to it, but nothing too over the top.  If you’re interested, you can find it at Target.

  1. Jonathan Adler Sticker Book

I love stickers, but I find that I buy ones that I think are cute, yet have no use for, however, these ones are useful because they include label stickers, to/from stickers, ‘this belongs to’ stickers, as well as simple designs that can be used for a variety of things.  But really, stickers!!!!

  1. Semikolin Tabs

Semikolin Tabs for all my organizing needs. So. Many. Colors.

Semikolin Tabs for all my organizing needs. So. Many. Colors.  And my sad unpainted thumb nail.

These are awesome because they come in a little book.  A book of tabs.  Colorful tabs.  Yay.  You don’t even know how excited the OCD organizer inside me was when she discovered these.  Ashley does.  She was with me and saw me turn into a kid in a candy store when I found these.

Well, that’s all of my favorites for the month of May.  Check back for my June favorites in T minus 30 days!  In the meantime, did you have any awesome favorites this May that you want to share?!  I’m always interested in discovering new things!

Bows and Arrows,

Lynda
