What I Ate Wednesday, 6/25

So I’m just going to cut to the chase this time, and let everyone know what I ate on this wonderful Wednesday.  Happy reading!

Breakfast:

Drink: Typical coffee with organic half and half

Food: A whole white peach and a blueberry bagel with honey walnut cream cheese

I try to eat the right amount of fiber and protein in my breakfast, and these two items made the cut.  I am also the exact opposite of Ashley…I have something different almost every morning for breakfast.  I love too many breakfast foods to stick with just one. 🙂

Lunch:

Drink: Arnold Palmer (iced tea and lemonade)

Food: A blend of spinach, arugula, and kale topped with cucumber, chick peas, cheddar cheese, a chopped up bacon strip, and creamy balsamic vinaigrette (by Simply Dressed)

 Snack:

Drink: another Arnold Palmer

Food: 2 peanut butter cookies from the recipe I posted on Monday.  This time, they were made without the chocolate chips.  Just as good.

Dinner:

Drink: Water

Food:  A large bowl of pork fried rice from Red Dragon and a spring roll.  I also ate a fortune cookie, because how can you not after eating Chinese food?!
