It’s exciting when it actually starts to feel like the season is changing, even if it still climbs to 80 degrees each day. Although I haven’t officially bought a pumpkin yet (I know, what’s wrong with me), I did embrace the month a lot more this week than I did last week.
Getting ideas for how I want to decorate in the future with CB2 magazines. I love the circular dinnerware and hexagonal mirrors.
Brewing my first carafe with my new Keurig to embrace the cooler weather with warm coffee all morning.
Decorating the envelope to Ashley’s birthday card while waiting for my car to be inspected.
Having a mid morning breakfast at my favorite bakery, Yellow Dog Bread Co..
Happy Gabi after sitting with me at the bakery, ready to go on another car ride.
Fall walks with the fur baby.
Casual cuddles with kittens.
Going to Phydeaux and getting my fur baby a cookie. Yes, this fall leaf cookie is for my dog, not me.
I spent an hour in the Historic Oakwood Cemetery. If you’ve never been there, you definitely need to go at least once. So much history there. And it’s so beautiful. Just one of the many obelisks at Oakwood Cemetery.
Hanging out with an angel in the cemetery.
Remembering war veterans at the cemetery.
Soldier tombstones at Oakwood Cemetery.
Street signs in cemetery.
Hanging out with the fur child after picking up some coffee at Brew DTR. Coffee roasted by Raleigh Coffee Company. My cup matches my pants. 🙂
Burning the remainder of my Teakwood & Tobacco candle and snacking on some fall cookies.
Have a great weekend!
Bows and arrows,
Lynda
