What I Ate Wednesday 11/5/14

I reeeeeally hope your week has been better than mine so far. I started off my week with a car accident, and then I found out I had an eye infection that had been developing for some time, and then right after that, I shattered part of my phone underneath the surface while waiting for my eye drops prescription. So, like I said, I really hope you’re having a better week than me! Hopefully the rest of my week gets better. Moving right along, here’s what I ate today.

Breakfast

2014-11-05 08.56.30

For breakfast, I made myself two eggs, cheese, and bacon on an English muffin with a tiny bit of yellow mustard. It was delicious, and just the right amount of food to hold me over until lunchtime. I also drank a cup of pumpkin spice coffee with half and half.

Lunch

2014-11-05 15.12.45

My lunch was leftovers from dinner last night: a garlic chicken pasta with corn, broccoli, and carrots. I drank delicious H2O with my lunch.2014-11-05 15.53.16

After lunch, I ate a mini cherry Tootsie pop that someone brought a bag of to work. Yay candy!

Dinner

2014-11-05 20.18.49

This Wednesday’s dinner is very similar to last weeks! I had a garlic and herb skirt steak with steamed broccoli and white rice seasoned with thyme and Parmesan. My drink was a cup of hot tea (Opus Rouge from Teavana) sweetened with Orange Blossom honey from Cloister Honey.

After Dinner Snack

My dessert was a pumpkin donut from Dunkin’ Donuts. No wait. Make that two pumpkin donuts.

So, I hope you all remembered the 5th of November, and have a great rest of the week.  And if I’m lucky, I will too.  🙂

Bows and Arrows,

Lynda
